Regular Show - The Real Thomas is the 8th episode of the season 6.
In this Regular Show episode, Rigby notices a pattern of suspicious activities by Thomas and unsuccessfully tries to convince his fellow park workers that Thomas is up to no good. However, his suspicions are later proven true when Thomas is revealed to actually be a disguised Russian spy named Nicolai whose entire internship at the park has actually been part of an elaborate Russian conspiracy to infiltrate American park secrets. When the situation later escalates into the Russians launching the park off American soil and into collision course with a Russian missile, the park workers must try to save the park.
